Rules and Regulations:
Please read carefully before perparing entries. All baking and Canning must be the work of the exhibitor. No commercial pie filling, pastry or cake mixes may be used in preparing the exhibits. All baking must be exhibited in closed and sealed plastic bags or covered in plastic wrap, and on a suitable size glass plate, unless otherwise specified. Layered cakes may be exhibited in a suitable sized, reusable container. Be mindful of specifications at the beginning of each section for variations.
Exhibitors iwht more than five (5) entries shall leave a list of their entries with the committee to ease the time frame when packing up for pick up. The exhibit building is open on Thursday evening 7:00-8:30 pm and Friday morning from 9:00 - 11:00 am for entries to be entered. Entries may be picked up on Sunday afternoon after 3:30 pm as the doors will be closed at 3:00 pm that day to allow the committees to photograph winning entries and to dismantle and sort exhibits. No exhibits to be removed from the building until after 3:30 pm Sunday. Doing so will result in disqualification of the exhibits and forfeiture of allotted prize money.
