All exhibitors winning prize money MUST send the section for list of
premiums won to the Treasurer within 10 days after Fair.

The Madoc Agricultural Society invites you to join us by participating as an indoor exhibitor at the
Fair on September 17 and 18.
Each space is 12 ft deep with 10 ft. frontage.
Cost per space is only $40.00.
Limited Electrical outlets are available upon request on a first come first serve basis.
Some tables are available with a deposit of $10.00 each,
refunded to you when you return the table to the proper storage area.
Complimentary wristbands for 2 persons will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment. All other
assistants will be required to pay regular admission at the entrance. Regular admission is:
$12 per person (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
$ 8 per person (Saturday & Sunday)
$ 5 per person (one day only)
Set-up time is Friday, September 16th between 8 am & 1 pm.
Please do not begin to set-up before Fair Board organizers arrive.

Sunday, September 18th, 10:00 am to 3:30 pm
